June 28th
Today was Bailey's first trip to the lake and first boat ride! She loved being on the boat but did not like being trapped in a life jacket. All of these pictures were taken while we were just sitting and playing and not driving, which is why she doesn't have it on. All and all, I would say it was a great success for her first outing!
June 26th
These are terrible pictures but pretty much sum up our lives lately. Bailey is in to everything. She LOVES pulling all of the books off the shelves, all of the DVDs off the entertainment center, all of the playing cards out of the boxes, etc. We got out the pack 'n play to contain her a bit and Zach wanted to play in it too.
June 23rd
This afternoon I snuck out of work early, picked Zach up from camp, and took him to see Inside Out. It was such a cute movie...we both cried!
June 17th
One of the best things about having a little girl is all of the fun accessories! I couldn't get over how much Bailey looked like a little fortune teller in this mini-turban!
June 16th
Zach is going to the school camp program this summer. We didn't register him for one week each month to save money and so he could spend some quality time with family. Today we had a Zach & Mom day. We had lunch on the patio at Noodles & Company, did some shopping (where Zach was highly entertaining), and finished the day off with swimming. It was amazing to spend some one-on-one time with my little man!
June 11th
Chris loves waffles so tonight we had breakfast for supper. This is also Couper's favorite too because she gets the leftovers (notice her nose in all of the pictures). As Chris was eating tonight, Bailey grabbed a waffle from the stack and held on tight. She is her daddy's girl.
June 10th
Zach is going to camp at his school this summer. They take a field trip each week and on Fridays go to a park for a picnic and play. Tonight he fell asleep watching tv (with the controller in his hand) around 7pm. Having fun is hard work!
June 7th
We enjoyed the beautiful summer weather today but stopping at a car show in Valley Junction and playing at a park nearby. Bailey loves the swings and Zach had fun climbing.
June 6th
We got up bright and early this morning and headed downtown to the Farmer's Market with 40,000 other crazy people. It was packed but we had a great time walking around eating everything!
June 1st
Tonight Chris & Zach got new summer haircuts. Zach's is called a side-part fade to bald and he looks pretty darn cute!
