December 6th

Zach's class started a reward system using Mr.Potato head.  Every group time they all behave they get a piece or two.  When he is all completed, they get to vote on a treat.  Friday they earned their reward and got a pajama day.  Zach was not excited about wearing pjs because they just had a pj day the 26th.  Elfie changed all of that.  This morning we found a very sick Elfie laying in front of the tree with tissues, cough drops, meds, and a thermometer.  He left the following note.

"Zach, A nasty flu is going around the North Pole.  I feel so sick!  I was going to stay home today but I wanted to tell you how proud Santa & I are that your class earned a pajama party!  Here is a new pair of Ninja Turtles pjs to wear to school.  Keep up the good work!  Hopefully I am feeling better tomorrow.  Elfie"

Zach thought the pj's were wonderful and kept saying how special they were from the North Pole.  We even imagined that Elfie's family members (toy-making elves), made them special just for Zach.
