Bailey has been reacting to us and smiling more and more lately.  She loves it when we make funny faces and stick out our tongues.  This Halloween outfit is the first thing I bought after I found out we were having a girl..."Daddy is under my spell" with a tutu.  I love her and I love Halloween!
