April 7th

Saturday was one of the busiest days we have had in a long time.  We started off the morning meeting Joe & Kelly at the Saylorville Fire Department for a pancake breakfast.  After that we headed to Home Deport for the kid's workshop to make the cutest window bird feeder.  When we were done there, we headed to the zoo for an Easter egg hunt.  Zach got to ride a camel and see some animals.  The weather was a little damp, but the crowds were small so we were happy!  Later in the afternoon, Zach and Chris met Craig & Peggy at the movie theater to see The Lorax (and eat popcorn!) while I did some baking.  We finished off the night decoring motorcycle Easter eggs and putting out carrots for the Easter Bunny.  Having fun is hard work!
