March 16th

Today Zach & I went to a St.Patrick's Day healthy snack cooking class at Hy-Vee for kids.  They made turkey sandwiches with green pepper shamrocks, a fruit rainbow, gold coins, & and a leprechaun shake.  Zach had a lot of fun and tried everything.  He found out he likes kiwi & natural peanut butter so it was a big win!
